Yes, you can have your cake and enjoy eating it too! Your
cake should be a beautiful centerpiece for your
celebration, but it should also be a delicious dessert. I
have been a baker and pastry chef for over fifteen years,
and I am also a lifelong foodie. I absolutely will not
sell a cake that I would not proudly serve to my family and
friends. I do not compromise flavor for convenience or
durability.
I bake my cakes from scratch using only the finest
ingredients. I use fresh fruits, the best spices, the finest
chocolate and real butter and eggs. I won't
just open a bag or a bucket to make your cake.
The flavors listed on the menu are only the beginning.
Please feel free to mix and match flavors as you like,
and feel free to request a flavor you do not see on the
menu. I love making new flavor combinations!

Passion's Pleasure: Vanilla cake brushed with
passionfruit liquer and layered with passionfruit
mousse and passionfruit curd.
Great Pumpkin: Lightly spiced pumpkin cake with spiced
praline cheesecake and orange caramel crunch buttercream
Traditional Brit: Aged fruitcake covered with
marzipan and finished with rolled fondant or royal icing.
Bali-Dream: Indonesian Spice Cake brushed with
brandy and layered with whipped cinnamon ganache.
Marjolaine: Chocolate Chiffon Cake layered with
hazelnut meringue, creme parisienne and hazelnut
buttercream.
Torta del Cajeta: Almond cake brushed with rum
and layered with cajeta mousse and cajeta praline.
Grand Affair: Orange cake brushed with Grand
Marnier and layered with orange curd and white
Chocolate-Grand Marnier mousse or buttercream.
Luscious Lemon: Vanilla cake brushed with limoncello
is layered with lemon curd and lemon mousse or buttercream.
Fruit-Tart Cake: All of the elements of a fruit tart
in a cake! A tart crust topped with lemon butter cake,
cheesecake, and vanilla pastry cream studded with fresh
berries.
Chocoholics' Downfall: Chocolate cookie crust topped with
ganache, dark chocolate cake, chocolate velvet filling and
chocolate pastry cream. Add coffee to make it mocha!
Petit Fours - Real Almond Petit Fours decorated for your
occasion. With monograms or hearts they make a nice wedding or
bridal shower favor.

Organic Cakes - Many of the flavors listed on this menu can be made with certified
organic ingredients.
As anyone who buys organic understands,
prices will be a little higher than the same flavor made with
conventionally processed ingredients. Prices will vary based on
market costs and availability of ingredients at the time of your
order.
I believe in buying local and organic whenever possible.
